1. Where do I pick up the key?
All of our units have a lockbox on or by the front door of the unit. The lockbox code will be included with your rental information packet, provided after total payment is received. There are 2 additional keys in the each unit for use during your stay.
2. What to bring?
Your rental information packet will provide directions, contact phone numbers, and necessary info for your stay. The weather changes rapidly, so be prepared for it. Blue skies in the morning, can turn to wind and cold in the afternoon. We suggest bringing spa towels, hair dryer, and an iron if it is not provided in the unit you choose.
3. What is in the unit?
Bedding, fresh linen, and towels are provided for the licensed capacity of the unit. Full kitchens including pot, pans, dishes, and silverware, are in all units. Check the individual unit on the web page for electronics provided.
4. Lost and Found
If you have stayed in one of our condos and have lost an item let us know as soon as possible. We will attempt to locate the item by checking the unit and/or by speaking with the cleaning company. If we are successful at locating it you may choose from one of the following options to regain possession:
- We can safeguard it for you to pick-up within a 2-month period or
- We can mail the item back to you at cost plus a $10 handling fee.
5. Holiday Reservations?
Holiday booking is available when the owner releases the dates to us, usually the end of August.
